  • Phase 01: The Listening Pilot (Current) We are currently working with a small circle of proximate movement partners to calibrate the Movement Ear, ensuring our processing understands the nuances of local slang, proverbs, and "honest banter.

  • Phase 02: Infrastructure Weaving Integrating secure, end-to-end encrypted pathways via WhatsApp and Signal to ensure that strategic reflections remain sovereign and safe.

  • Phase 03: The Radar Launch Finalising the visualisation dashboards that map these vernacular insights onto the Movement Learning Arc for real-time strategic pivoting.

SautiSense

SautiSense is the digital backbone of the Movement Learning Arc, currently in its foundational build phase. It is designed not as an auditor, but as a listener. We are developing a voice-first infrastructure that will allow movement leaders to share real-time insights in their own language, turning raw intentions into actionable intelligence.

We aren’t building SautiSense in a vacuum; we are actively seeking movement partners and tech-justice allies to help us stress-test our prototype and ensure it meets the real-world needs of the frontlines. We’re prioritising inclusive rigour over speed, we are taking the necessary time to ensure our AI doesn't just translate words, but deeply understands the political soul and vernacular nuance of African movements. Central to this co-creation is the development of robust security layers, reflecting our conviction that movement data is a matter of physical and strategic safety, not just a collection of statistics.
